Whatβs up, Hustlers!Β
We donβt know what tomorrow holds. Thatβs why Iβm grabbing today with both hands.
Saying yes to the opportunities that excite me. Making memories with the people I love. Chasing the goals that scare me a little.
This is your reminder not to wait for "someday." Don't save your life for later.
Today is a gift. Let's use it.
So tell me: what are you grabbing with both hands this week?

.WHAT IβM SWAPPING.
Five phrases that are holding you back β© Iβve watched millions of people try to change their lives, and here is what Iβve learned: most people aren't stuck because they lack talent or capability. They're stuck because they keep rehearsing doubt β out loud β and they don't even know theyβre doing itβ¦.
"I'm just..."
"Maybe one day..."
"I probably can't..."
"I don't have time..."
"That's unrealistic..."
They sound harmless. But more often than not, they're disguises for fear, hesitation, and playing smaller than you're capable of.
Today on Project Swagger, we're putting these phrases under the microscope. I'll break down why they're so common, how they keep you stuck, and give you the swap that rewrites the narrative.
.WHAT IβM READING.
American Fantasy by Emma Straub π This book had me thinking about the parts of ourselves that get buried beneath responsibilities and routines. Set aboard a nostalgic boy-band cruise, it's funny, sharp, and surprisingly heartfelt. At its core, it's a reminder that joy, passion, and reinvention don't have an expiration date. If you've been craving a fun read and a reminder that itβs never too late for joy, add this to your list. β¬

.WHAT IβM SHARING.
My Top 10 Disney Tips πΈ My family and I just got back from Disney, and it was truly incredible. But caregivers, if you know, you know: a Disney vacation isn't really a vacationβ¦ it's parenting in a different location. π
I go deeper into these tips in today's episode of Project Swagger, but here's a sneak peek at my top 10 Disney hacks:
AirTags on the kids. Non-negotiable in crowds.
Pack purse snacks. Electrolytes, protein, fruit. Hungry kids (or adults) wait for no one.
Use a sunscreen stick. You'll never get a toddler to stand still long enough for lotion.
Treat your stroller like base camp. Organizer bag, cooling towels, backup clothes, portable charger. Everything lives there.
Book a character breakfast. Early seating means the kids meet Mickey without spending half the day chasing characters.
Take advantage of early entry. Getting in before the crowds is the easiest way to hit the biggest rides with minimal wait times.
Splurge on the castle lunch. It's a built-in midday reset for everyone.
Time Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique with the parade. Walking straight into the magic after the makeover makes the experience even more memorable.
At Epic Universe, book the VIP tour. Less time managing logistics, more time actually enjoying the park.
Build in a resort pool day. After a big park day, everyone needs a recovery day. Trust me on this one.

A few weeks ago, I shared my Strawberry Protein Popsicle recipe from Eat to Hustle. This weekend, Athena, Atlas, and I headed back to the kitchen and put a new spin on it with a Chocolate Raspberry Remix. It has all the creamy, protein-packed goodness of the original recipe, with a rich chocolate twist and bursts of raspberry. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
Instructions:
Place a set of popsicle molds in the freezer to chill.
In a medium saucepan, whisk together: 1 cup chocolate protein powder, Β½ cup granulated sugar, ΒΌ cup cornstarch, 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Slowly whisk in: 3 cups full-fat coconut milk (about 2 cans).
Continue whisking until smooth. Stir in: 1 cup raspberries, hulled and smashed
Place over low heat and stir constantly until the mixture thickens into a loose pudding, about 8 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in: 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and press plastic wrap directly onto the surface. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm enough for popsicle sticks to hold.
Spoon the pudding into the chilled molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Pop one out, cool down, and enjoy.

Question: What's your advice for someone training for their first half marathon?
Answer: Respect the long run. It's where confidence is built. You don't always need to worry about pace. Focus on time on your feet, dial in your fueling strategy, experiment with the music or podcasts that keep you going, and pay attention to how your body responds. Every long run is a chance to learn, and every lesson makes you a stronger runner.
