šŸ‘‘ Are you giving your dream a deadline?

Plus: Tips for fueling with intention

What’s up, Hustlers!

A dream without a deadline? That’s a fairytale.

Vision is the spark, but action is the fuel. Hustlers don’t live in make-believe. We set dates, chase goals, and flip ā€œsomedayā€ into ā€œdone.ā€

Circle the date. Commit to the work. Take the first step today.

What dream are you giving a deadline?

 .WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT.

Fueling with intention šŸ’Ŗ I recently sat down with Forks Over Knives to talk about what it takes to fuel a high-performance lifestyle. For me, performance isn’t just about sweat. It’s about the fuel I put in my body and the mindset I bring to the table every single day. Plants power my hustle, but so does the conversation I’m having between my ears.

Here’s a snippet ā¬‡ļø Read the full article here!

Question: You’re all about a growth mindset. How does that apply to eating habits?

Answer: We’re not stuck. We’re not static. Think about our bodies and our microbiomes: They’re changing literally every day. I find that incredibly empowering, to know that even if we’re going through a season of life when maybe we’re not our most optimal selves, you can always make one next best decision. That is a growth mindset that applies to anything, but especially as it relates to food and fuel.

I dive even deeper into these topics in my new cookbook Eat to Hustle—now available for pre-order. 🌱

 .WHAT I’M LOVING.

Summer lemonade stands šŸ‹ LMNT sent us the cutest lemonade stand kit (banners, art, supplies) and Athena set up shop at the beach with pitchers of LMNT’s Lemonade Salt. Atlas was her official taste tester and sidekick, and together they had neighbors stopping by all day. Cutest little entrepreneurs on the block!

And the best part? It’s so good—no sugar, just the electrolytes our bodies need to stay balanced: sodium, potassium, magnesium. If you’re looking for a little lemonade nostalgia and a way to refuel your electrolytes, check out LMNT’s Lemonade Salt and use my link for a free sample pack!

.WHAT I’M TELLING GRADS (AND THEIR PARENTS).

Forget perfect. Be undeniable. šŸ’œ This May I had the honor of speaking at the commencement of my alma mater, NYU Gallatin. What I told the graduates applies far beyond the college campus. We’re all stepping into new beginnings in some way. Whether you’re a new grad, an empty nester, just starting college this fall, or anywhere in between, these reminders are for you.

  • Forget perfect. Be undeniable. Don’t edit yourself to fit in. Your uniqueness is your edge.

  • Take the leap. Join the club, speak up in class, try the thing that scares you. Risk is where growth happens.

  • Own your voice, even when it shakes. The most powerful thing you can bring to the table is your perspective. Use it.

  • Parents—let the pride and the ache coexist. You built the foundation. Now they fly.

At the end of the day, beginnings aren’t about being ready. They’re about being brave.

Next week, I’ll be joining Good Morning America on Tuesday and Thursday to talk about how to bring a fresh start energy into fall. šŸ‚

Too often, folks wait until January to hit reset, but why wait? Fall is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and realign for the rest of the year. I’ll be sharing how to:

  • 1ļøāƒ£ Set your goals with clarity so you know exactly where you’re headed.

  • 2ļøāƒ£ Stay consistent when life gets busy—because consistency beats motivation every time.

  • 3ļøāƒ£ Hold yourself accountable so you keep showing up, no matter what.

I want to hear from you—what are your goals for the rest of 2025? What are you building toward? Hit reply and let me know, and I may share some of your goals (and my tips!) live on GMA. ā˜€ļø

Summer Workout Checklist šŸƒā€ā™€ļø We’re in that last stretch of summer where schedules are shifting, travel’s chaotic, and motivation can dip. This is not the time to let your hustle stop. Consistency now pays off later. Wherever you are, these Peloton classes keep you moving forward. Consistency > excuses. ā¬‡ļø

Thanks for reading, Hustlers. Go out there, pivot with power, and stay curious about what’s next.
