Whatβs up, Hustlers!Β
One day, you'll wish you could borrow this version of yourself for just one more day.
Don't spend all your energy wishing your body looked different.
Spend some of it appreciating what this body can do today.
The good old days don't announce themselves.
They're usually hiding inside an ordinary run, a strength session, or another chance to lace up your shoes.
I'm grateful as hell for today. For this body. For the opportunity to keep showing up.

.WHAT IβM TALKING ABOUT.
5 travel rules I live by π The best vacations don't help you escape your life. They help you come back to it with fresh eyes.
In this week's episode of Project Swagger, I'm sharing the five travel rules I live byβfrom protecting the habits that keep you grounded to making room for spontaneity and bringing home a new habit instead of just a souvenir.
Plus, Iβm sharing advice for first-time HYROX athletes and the biggest lessons I brought home from the ESPYs.
.WHAT IβM CHOOSING THIS SUMMER.
Saying βyesβ to: Simplicity.
Less rushing. Less overcomplicating. More walks. More books. More home-cooked meals. More saying yes to what actually fills my cup. Summer doesn't have to be packed to be memorable.
Saying βnoβ to: Keeping up with social media.
Comparison is exhausting, and endless scrolling isn't where I want to spend my attention. This summer, I'm investing that energy in my family, my training, my books, and the moments happening right in front of me.
Your turn: What's one thing you're saying yes to this summer? And what's one thing you're saying no to? Hit reply and let me know!
.WHAT IβM READING.
My summer reads list π A few weeks ago, I asked this community what was on your summer reading list, and you absolutely delivered. My TBR just got a whole lot longer.
I'm packing Yesteryear, The Correspondent, and Theo of Golden to start, and I'll definitely be coming back to this list throughout the rest of the summer!

In last week's episode of Project Swagger, I share the 10 essentials I come back to every single marathon training cycle. We cover the habits that make the biggest difference, how I think about fueling and recovery, and the running gear I genuinely rely onβfrom shoes to gels and everything in between.
Whether you're chasing your first 5K, training for your next marathon, or simply looking to become a stronger, smarter runner, this episode is full of practical advice you can put into action right away.

Question: Do you get mom guilt? How do you handle it?
Answer: Sometimes, but I'll be honest, not often. My work has purpose, and it's important to me that my kids see that. I want them to grow up knowing that you can love your family deeply and pursue meaningful work.
Do I always get the balance right? Of course not. I wish I could clone myself some days. But I've learned there's a difference between guilt and simply missing them. Longing to be with my kids doesn't mean I'm doing something wrong. It just means I love them.

Thanks for reading, Hustlers. Go out there, pivot with power, and stay curious about whatβs next.
