Answer: Itās okay to learn the dynamics of a new environment. Thatās not changing who you areāitās understanding the landscape so you can see where your difference is actually your advantage. That takes time.
In the meantime, stay anchored in whatās real:
Keep your hobbies and routines
Stay close to the people who know you, not just the version of you in this new space
Prioritize consistent morning workoutsāthereās real data showing they support more confident decision-making throughout the day
Give yourself a timeline. Check in at 6 months, then again at a year. Have you found moments of flow and times where you feel aligned and fully yourself?
