Plus: How to prioritize self-love

Whatās up, Hustlers!
What if failure is the key to your next level?
Setbacks happenāplans donāt always go as expected, but failure isnāt the endāitās feedback. Who you are is defined by how you get back up. Failure is an invitation to interrogate limiting beliefs and rewrite the narrative.
Time to flip the scriptāhow are you turning that setback into a setup?

.WHAT IāM PRIORITIZING.
Self-Love š Letās get one thing straightāself-love is not selfish. Before we pour into relationships with others, we have to make sure weāre pouring into ourselves. I committed to self-love long before I met my husband (I have the tattoo to prove it). Itās the foundation for every relationship weāll ever have. If the conversation between our ears isnāt strong, kind, and empowering, how can we expect to show up fully for the people in our lives?
If youāre struggling to build that self-love muscle or just need a reset, here are a few ways to guide yourself back to a healthy mindset:
š Hype yourself up daily. Speak to yourself like you would a friend. Try mirror pep talksālook yourself in the eye and say: You are strong, you are capable, and you deserve every good thing coming your way.
š Journal your greatest hits. Write down a recent moment where you crushed it. Maybe it was finishing a tough workout, setting a boundary, or showing up for yourself when it wasnāt easy. Reflecting on these wins rewires the narrative in your mind.
āØ Romanticize your life. Take yourself on a solo date, dress up just because, or savor that morning coffee like itās a five-star experience. Self-love is a practice, not a destinationāso celebrate yourself along the way.
Happy Valentineās Day, hustlers. Rememberāyou are your own greatest love story. š
.WHAT IāM LOVING.
Hot chocolate... but make it hydrating āļø As temps drop, hydration gets trickier. Youāre still losing water even when youāre not sweating, and indoor heating dries you out without you even noticing.
Enter LMNTās chocolate electrolytes. Iām OBSESSED. Their Chocolate Medley flavors (Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Chai, and Chocolate Raspberry) taste like the rich, cozy hot cocoa I grew up drinkingāno joke. After we put the kids to bed, Drew and I split a packet, mix it into hot water, and sometimes throw in a few vegan marshmallows before finally sinking into the couch. A little salty, a little sweet, and the perfect way to wind down while keeping hydration in check.
Try it out using my link for a free sample packāthen tell me your favorite flavor! #ad

Question: Do you ever freeze your tofu?
Answer: Yes! Freezing tofu is a game-changer. It helps get rid of excess moisture, making it crisp up better when cooked. It also gives it a firmer, meatier texture that soaks up marinades like a spongeāso every bite is packed with flavor. Plus, itās an easy way to keep tofu stocked and ready for quick, protein-packed meals.
Bon AppĆ©tit even breaks down the science behind itāfreezing changes the structure of tofu, creating tiny pockets that enhance its chew and absorbency.
