Plus: Why every hustler needs an accountability partner

Whatās up, Hustlers!
Feed focus. Starve distraction.
Focus is currencyāand itās not unlimited. Spend it where it counts. If somethingās not fueling my growth or my goals, itās draining my power.
Lock in. Let go of the noise.
Whatās getting your focus this week?

.WHAT IāM SNACKING ON.
Cookie Dough Protein Bites šŖ On busy days when Iām juggling workouts, meetings, and mom life, quick, protein-dense snacks are a game-changer. These no-bake cookie dough bites are one of my go-tosātheyāre easy to make, packed with plant-based protein, and a perfect #pursesnack.
Hereās my remix, inspired by this recipe, with a few tweaks to boost the nutritional value ā¬ļø
2 cups oat flour
ā cup protein powder
Ā½ cup almond butter
4 Tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Ā½ cup soy milk
Ā¼ cup quinoa flakes
Ā¼ cup flax seeds
ā cup mini chocolate chips
Mix it all up, roll into bites, and store in the fridge. Easy, energizing, and toddler-approved. Let me know if you try them!

.WHAT IāM LISTENING TO.
The Telepathy Tapes š¼ As someone who believes in pushing past limitations and amplifying underestimated voices, this one hit home. The Telepathy Tapes dares to explore the abilities of non-speakers with autismāindividuals whoāve often been misunderstood. This series challenges what we think we know about communication and connection. Itās a powerful reminder that the impossible is happening every dayāand we just have to learn how to listen.
.WHAT IāM LEANING ON.
Accountability Partners šŖ Letās be realādiscipline is powerful, but support makes it sustainable. Having someone in your corner to check in, cheer you on, and hold you to your word can be the difference between dreaming and doing. Iāve seen it in my own hustleāwhen I bring in trusted people to witness my goals, I go further, faster, and with more fire.
Here are a few tips to build real accountability that works:
Choose someone who gets the assignment. Pick a partner who respects your goals and isnāt afraid to give you the truthāeven when itās tough.
Make it mutual. Accountability works best when itās a two-way street. Cheer each other on, check in regularly, and celebrate the wins.
Set clear checkpoints. Whether itās weekly texts or monthly check-ins, create structure so you both know when and how youāll connect.
Share the why, not just the what. When your partner understands the deeper reason behind your goals, theyāll know how to motivate you when your fire dims.
Keep it real. Life happens. The goal isnāt perfectionāitās progress. Adjust together and keep moving forward.
Hereās the truth: you can do it aloneābut you donāt have to. And itās a lot more fun with someone beside you.

April Fools, yāall! š I am NOT releasing a journal called Welcome, Slacker. This is a community of hustlers. We donāt dodge the workāwe do the work. We welcome the challenge.

Question: Iām a mom of two, trying to juggle work, fitness, and family. How do you actually find balance without feeling like youāre dropping the ball somewhere?
Answer: I hear you, mama. I donāt chase balance, I chase alignment. Balance implies everything gets equal weight all the time, and thatās just not real life. Some days my family needs more of me. Some days my body needs a long run. Other days, itās all business.
The key is being honest about what matters most in the moment, and making peace with not doing everything at once. I donāt split my energy evenlyāI direct it intentionally. Thatās how I stay in motion without burning out.
Youāre not dropping the ballāyouāre living a full, badass life. Keep showing up.
