What’s up, Hustlers!Β

Is there something you really want? A new job? A PR? A healthier body? A dream that's been living in your notes app for way too long?

Here's the truth: the magic you're looking for is in the work you've been avoiding.

No one is coming to hand you the life you want. You build it. One decision. One rep. One courageous step at a time.

This week, stop waiting for a sign. Your life changes when you stop waiting and start moving.

Let's get to work.

Five wellness mistakes that sabotage your progress πŸ›‘ After 12+ years in fitness and wellness, I can spot these habits from a mile away. The good news? They're all fixable. On today's episode of Project Swagger, I'm breaking down how to spot themβ€”and what to do instead. Plus, my hot take on cold plunges and how to achieve progressive overload without adding weight. .WHAT I’M SHARING.

How to keep your routine when summer gets chaotic 🌞 Vacations, camp drop-offs, weddings, long weekends... your schedule changes, but your priorities don't have to. Here are a few strategies I use to stay consistent during the summer craziness:

β˜€οΈ Shift the bar, don't abandon it. If you can't fit in your usual 60-minute workout, do 20. If dinner isn't perfectly balanced, make sure there's protein on your plate. Progress loves consistency, not perfection.

πŸ“… Decide before the day decides for you. Look at your calendar each Sunday and ask: When am I moving this week? Put those workouts on your calendar like meetings. If you're traveling, decide before you leave exactly what movement looks likeβ€”hotel gym, a walk, a bodyweight circuit, whatever is realistic.

🎯 Keep one habit non-negotiable. Maybe it's 10,000 steps. Maybe it's lifting three times a week. Maybe it's eating protein at breakfast. When everything else feels unpredictable, one consistent habit keeps you connected to the person you're becoming.

✈️ Build a travel version of your routine. I don't try to recreate my life on vacation. I create a vacation routine: morning movement, plenty of water, protein first, and enjoying local flavors without guilt. Different doesn't mean derailed.

πŸ’š Anchor your mornings with one familiar ritual. When everything else changes, let your morning stay consistent. One of my anchors is Pique Sun Goddess Matcha. Whether I'm home or traveling, it's a simple ritual that gives me steady energy and calmness. I toss the packets in my bag, so no matter where I wake up, I have one habit that keeps me grounded. Cannes Fashion πŸ‡«πŸ‡· One of my favorite parts of Cannes is that people aren't afraid to have fun with fashion. Bold colors. Tailored silhouettes. Sneakers one minute, sequins the next. A lot of you asked about my outfits from Cannes, so I thought I'd put everything in one place. Here are my favorite looks and the brands behind them. ⬇

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ The Fourth of July is almost here, which means I'm resharing one of my favorite traditions: this patriotic berry cake. I make it every year, and it never disappoints. It's simple, festive, crowd-pleasing, and you can swap the berry design for just about any celebration.

Whether you're hosting the barbecue, heading to a friend's house, or just looking for an excuse to bake something delicious, this one's always a winner. Happy baking, hustlers. β€οΈπŸ€πŸ’™

Ingredients

Vanilla Cake

  • 1 1/3 cups almond milk, unsweetened

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1/3 cup canola oil or melted coconut oil

  • 1 cup sugar (I like coconut sugar)

  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (I used almond flour)

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 1 container of vegan cream cheese (1 cup)

  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened at room temperature (I used Earth Balance)

  • 2 tablespoons of liquid sweetener

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (I used the sweeteners that I had in the pantry!)

Other

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries or raspberries

Instructions

For the Vanilla Cake:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a cake pan.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the almond milk and vinegar. Let sit for 1 minute to curdle. Then add the oil, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk to combine.

  • Measure the flour and add it on top of the wet mixture. Sprinkle on the baking powder and salt. Mix with a wooden spoon until the batter is smooth.

  • Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a fork comes out clean and the cake is just a little golden on top.

  • I pour on the frosting right when it comes out of the oven for a strawberry shortcake vibe. You could also let the cake cool and use a thicker frosting or even whipped cream for a topping.

For the Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • In the same bowl you used for the cake, add the softened vegan butter and vegan cream cheese. Mix until creamy, smooth, and well combined. I don't have a mixer (LOL), so I mixed by hand. Definitely recommend using a mixer.

  • Add the sugar and liquid sweetener until thick and spreadable and to the amount of sweetness you like. Store in the fridge until you are ready to frost the cake.

Assembling the Cake:

  • Pour the frosting on top.

  • Create your berry design and enjoy!
