  2. Self-Care Is the Real New Year Energy âŁïž Caught up in the “new year, new you” hype? If you’ve been rocking with me, you know we bring that energy year-round. Let’s focus on self-care that fuels the long-haul hustle. This isn’t about a January sprint—it’s about setting yourself up to thrive all year.

  3. “Boring” Wins Build Big Momentum đŸ’Ș The magic is in the boring stuff—an extra glass of water, a 5-minute walk, or hitting 'send' on that email. These small, everyday moves add up to something big. Lean into the boring and watch the progress unfold.

Cozy Vegan Ziti đŸ I’m all about comfort food that’s warm, satisfying, and—bonus—easy. A family staple? This protein-packed baked ziti.

Here’s my “recipe”:

  • SautĂ© onions and mushrooms in a pan.

  • Meanwhile, in a blender, combine tofu, preferred seasonings, and half a jar of truffle red sauce to create a hearty, protein-loaded pasta sauce.

  • Combine the sauce with the onions, mushrooms, and protein pasta, then throw it all into a baking dish.

  • Top it off with a layer of vegan cheese, and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Think about a kid on the monkey bars—if you don’t reach far enough, you stay stuck. But if you stretch too far, you’ll fall flat on your face.

The sweet spot? It’s usually smaller than you think. Focus on the next step, not the whole ladder. You’ve got this!
