Whatβs up, Swagger Society!
It takes one match to light a fire.
One spark. One choice. One step forward.
Every βwatch meβ moment starts right there.
We donβt wait for the flame. We create it. Grab your match, strike it with purpose, and be the firestarter. π₯

.WHAT IβM BAKING.
Sweet Potato Pie Bars π Looking for a Thanksgiving dessert that hits your sweet tooth and your strength goals? These Sweet Potato Pie Bars from my cookbook, Eat to Hustle, are it. They bring cozy fall flavor with a performance twistβ10g of protein, 4g of fiber, and a whole lot of swagger. The fillingβs silky, the crust is perfectly crisp, and that vegan whip with toasted pecans on top? Chefβs kiss.
If you want this recipe on your holiday menu, pre-order Eat to Hustle! Once youβve shared your proof of purchase (send via email to [email protected] or upload to this form), youβll be added to the pre-order community listβand Iβll send the recipe straight to your inbox!
I baked these up with athlete, author, chef, Aussie dude, and my friend, Dan Churchill. We talked all thingsβfrom HYROX training to nutrient fueling to kitchen etiquette. The full video will be up later on YouTube, so stay tuned for the convo (and the recipe in action!).
.WHAT IβM EXCITED ABOUT.
3for31 is BACK π 3for31 is my challenge to you: 31 consecutive days of movement from Dec 1st to Dec 31st. Simple, but not easy.
I started this challenge over a decade ago because I donβt believe in waiting. Every year, it reminds me how powerful it is to simply begin. No perfect timing, no perfect plan, just intention and consistency. The holidays get busy (trust me, I feel it too), but thatβs exactly why this challenge matters. If you can show up for yourself now, you can do it anytime. Hustlers donβt wait. We choose to keep showing up, even when itβs hard.
December 1, Iβm hitting the ground running. Letβs do it together, fam.
How to participate:
Download or screenshot the calendar tracker below. β
Walk, jog, or run 3 miles or move for 30 minutes every day in December. πͺ
Post your completed tracker in-feed on Instagram or Facebook. Tag @RobinNYC and @SwaggerSociety using #3for31. π

Turkey Burn 2025 π¦ Itβs almost go time. The Turkey Burn isnβt just a rideβitβs a ritual. Every year, we show up with our Peloton fam to sweat, celebrate, and set the tone for the day. Itβs how we start Thanksgiving: strong, grounded, and thankful before the feast even begins. More than a decade in, and this tradition still lights me up.
See you on the leaderboard on Thursday at 10am EST. Letβs make this the strongest Turkey Burn yet. π§‘

HYROX Dallas, you gave me a fight. My blood sugar was sky high from the adrenaline and nerves before the race even started. That kind of spike hits your energy, your focus, your fuel. I couldnβt eat all day, couldnβt take in any fuel during the race, and had to stop and check my blood sugar after each station. The runs actually felt strong, but the workout zones hit harder than usual. About halfway through, I decided to stop chasing the clock and just hold steady.
This race was a reminder that sometimes things donβt go the way you planβand thatβs okay. You pivot, you adjust, you keep moving. Now Iβve got a time Iβm sure as hell gonna smash next race.
My first HYROX pro race is in the booksβand itβs dedicated to all my fellow Type 1 diabetics out there showing up anyway. πͺ

Question: For moms who feel pressure to βget their body back,β what advice would you give?
Answer: The phrase βbounce backβ needs to go. You donβt need to get your body backβyou already have it, and itβs powerful. Start where you are, honor what youβve been through, and build from there. Forget the timelines, forget the comparison. Your comeback isnβt about bouncing back. Itβs about becoming more of who you are.
Got a question for me? Reply to this email and let me know whatβs on your mind.
Thanks for reading, Fam. Go out there, pivot with power, and stay curious about whatβs next.
