This list is all about intention—gifts that fuel you, center you, and remind you to pause and celebrate what matters most. I’ve pulled together my favorite self-care staples, strength + style essentials, goodies for readers and writers, and a few picks to help you create holiday memories that last.

Whether you’re treating yourself or finding something special for your people, I’ve got you covered. ā¬‡ļø

 .WHAT I’M BAKING.

Sweet Potato Pie Bars šŸ  Looking for a Thanksgiving dessert that hits your sweet tooth and your strength goals? These Sweet Potato Pie Bars from my cookbook, Eat to Hustle, are it. They bring cozy fall flavor with a performance twist—10g of protein, 4g of fiber, and a whole lot of swagger. The filling’s silky, the crust is perfectly crisp, and that vegan whip with toasted pecans on top? Chef’s kiss.

If you want this recipe on your holiday menu, pre-order Eat to Hustle! Once you’ve shared your proof of purchase (send via email to [email protected] or upload to this form), you’ll be added to the pre-order community list—and I’ll send the recipe straight to your inbox!

I baked these up with athlete, author, chef, Aussie dude, and my friend, Dan Churchill. We talked all things—from HYROX training to nutrient fueling to kitchen etiquette. The full video will be up later on YouTube, so stay tuned for the convo (and the recipe in action!).

 .WHAT I’M EXCITED ABOUT.

3for31 is BACK šŸŽ‰ 3for31 is my challenge to you: 31 consecutive days of movement from Dec 1st to Dec 31st. Simple, but not easy.

I started this challenge over a decade ago because I don’t believe in waiting. Every year, it reminds me how powerful it is to simply begin. No perfect timing, no perfect plan, just intention and consistency. The holidays get busy (trust me, I feel it too), but that’s exactly why this challenge matters. If you can show up for yourself now, you can do it anytime. Hustlers don’t wait. We choose to keep showing up, even when it’s hard.

December 1, I’m hitting the ground running. Let’s do it together, fam.

How to participate:

  • Download or screenshot the calendar tracker below. āœ…

  • Walk, jog, or run 3 miles or move for 30 minutes every day in December. šŸ’Ŗ

  • Post your completed tracker in-feed on Instagram or Facebook. Tag @RobinNYC and @SwaggerSociety using #3for31. šŸ‘‘

Turkey Burn 2025 šŸ¦ƒ It’s almost go time. The Turkey Burn isn’t just a ride—it’s a ritual. Every year, we show up with our Peloton fam to sweat, celebrate, and set the tone for the day. It’s how we start Thanksgiving: strong, grounded, and thankful before the feast even begins. More than a decade in, and this tradition still lights me up.

See you on the leaderboard on Thursday at 10am EST. Let’s make this the strongest Turkey Burn yet. 🧔

HYROX Dallas, you gave me a fight. My blood sugar was sky high from the adrenaline and nerves before the race even started. That kind of spike hits your energy, your focus, your fuel. I couldn’t eat all day, couldn’t take in any fuel during the race, and had to stop and check my blood sugar after each station. The runs actually felt strong, but the workout zones hit harder than usual. About halfway through, I decided to stop chasing the clock and just hold steady.

This race was a reminder that sometimes things don’t go the way you plan—and that’s okay. You pivot, you adjust, you keep moving. Now I’ve got a time I’m sure as hell gonna smash next race.

My first HYROX pro race is in the books—and it’s dedicated to all my fellow Type 1 diabetics out there showing up anyway. šŸ’Ŗ

Question: For moms who feel pressure to ā€œget their body back,ā€ what advice would you give?

- Courtney

Answer: The phrase ā€œbounce backā€ needs to go. You don’t need to get your body back—you already have it, and it’s powerful. Start where you are, honor what you’ve been through, and build from there. Forget the timelines, forget the comparison. Your comeback isn’t about bouncing back. It’s about becoming more of who you are.
