Plus: The underrated fuel MVP

Whatās up, Hustlers!
Excuses are lies we tell ourselves convincingly.
Itās not too late. Youāre not too old. Itās not too difficult.
Shut the noise down. Bet on yourself. You donāt need perfect conditions or a green light. You just need the guts to startāand the swagger to keep going.
What excuse are you ready to trade for action?

.WHAT IāM TALKING ABOUT.
The underrated MVP: Fiber š Itās not flashy, but itās fierceāworking behind the scenes to keep digestion smooth and energy steady. Fiber supports a healthy gut microbiome, helps regulate blood sugar levels, promotes heart health, and keeps us full longer (hello, sustained hustle). Basically, itās doing the mostāand I'm here for it.
The USDA recommends 25g of fiber per day for women and 38g per day for men. If youāre wondering how to level up your intake, plants are the key players. Fruits, veggies, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds are all loaded with fiber. And it doesnāt take much to hit that goal. Youāll crush your fiber count just by stacking a few of these throughout the day:
1 medium apple = 4g
1 sweet potato (with skin) = 4g
½ cup brown rice = 5g
½ cup black beans = 7g
1 oz chia seeds = 10g
1 cup raspberries = 8g
1 cup boiled broccoli = 5g
At our house, we keep it plant-powered and flavorful with Purple Carrot. Their meals are packed with fiber-rich ingredients that make it easy to keep my family (and my hustle) fueled. Recently, we made the Eggplant Parmesanāso goodāand packed with 12g of fiber per serving.
If you're ready to load up on plants (and power) in your meals, Purple Carrotās got you. Use code ROBIN50 at checkout for 50% off your first order. #ad
