What’s up, Hustlers!
Swagger isn't just about aesthetics.
It's about showing up as yourself, unapologetically. It's about standing for what you believe in, even when your voice shakes. It's about confidence, knowing you belong in every room you step into.
That's the kind of energy that leads to swagger.
How are you upping your swagger game this week?

.WHAT I’M ASKING.
Is it possible to overtrain? 🏋️ This is a common question I receive, and the honest answer is, yes. If you’re not giving your body enough time to rest and recover, you won’t be able to perform at your best during the next workout and even worse, you can put yourself at risk of an injury. Most athletes find it tough to take a rest day, but it’s absolutely necessary. If you think you might be overtraining, here are a few questions to ask yourself—
Are you finding it difficult to get through a workout you’d normally have no problem completing?
Are you noticing your strength hasn’t improved lately?
Are you feeling more sore than usual after a workout? If you’re unable to walk down a flight of stairs or get out of bed without feeling aches and pains, it’s usually a sign that you’re training too hard.
Has your quality of sleep decreased? Energy levels and sleep patterns are often disturbed if you’ve been overtraining.
The only person who can determine if you’re doing too much is yourself. You have to do an internal audit of how you’re feeling every day and truly listen to what your body is telling you.

.WHAT I’M COOKING
Apples for breakfast, lunch and dinner 🍎 Fall is here, and nothing says autumn like fresh-picked apples. My fam and I went apple picking recently and brought back a haul big enough for some serious deadlift reps. Beyond being delicious, apples are loaded with fiber, which keeps you feeling full, and they pack in vitamin C to keep your immune system strong.
I’ve been testing out some new recipes to put these apples to good use. Right now, I’m loving apple salsa and apple overnight oats. So good! Check out the recipes I’m exploring, and let me know how you’re putting your apple stash to work this season!
