šŸ‘‘ It doesn’t get easier. You get stronger.

Plus: Answering all your HYROX questions

Good morning, Swagger fam!

It doesn’t get easier. You get stronger.

Every race, every setback, every challenge—it’s all shaping you.

Strength comes from doing the uncomfortable work and realizing you’re capable of more than you thought.

Next time it feels heavy, remember: you’re getting stronger. šŸ’Ŗ

 .WHAT I’M EXCITED ABOUT.

My Peloton Apparel Collection is Live šŸ“£ This one’s special, fam. Last week, I officially launched my new apparel collection with Peloton — a full-circle moment that’s been years in the making.

Every piece was designed with the multifaceted hustler in mind — the mom, the athlete, the 90s lover, the one chasing growth while holding it all together. From custom Starter pieces to hidden Easter eggs stitched into the details, this line is a love letter to resilience and reinvention.

Here are a few of my favorite pieces:

1ļøāƒ£ Starter Sets: These custom Starter unisex sets are iconic. I grew up admiring this brand, and these sets bring back that vintage Starter energy—reimagined for today’s hustlers.

2ļøāƒ£ Pump Tees & Tanks: Unisex tops for your go-to gym staple. Pop the cover after your lift and let your work do the talking. They run oversized, so you can wear them for a baggy look.

3ļøāƒ£ Merit V-Neck Button Henley Bras: Fused snaps, clean lines, and inspired by the hip-hop, grunge, and preppy mix of the 90s. I wear these with high-waisted jeans, skirts, or during workouts.

I can’t wait to see y’all rocking this collection. Tag me on socials with your looks! šŸ”„

 .WHAT I’M LOVING.

Purple Carrot’s Fall Meals šŸ„• This time of year, life moves fast. Between school drop-offs, training sessions, and travel, I still need to make sure my fueling stays consistent. That’s why I’ve been loving Purple Carrot’s plant-based, protein-rich, and fiber-filled meals that help me stay on track with my nutrition goals when the schedule’s packed.

Lately I’ve been all about the Tofu Marsala (35 minutes to prepare and 29g of plant-based protein per serving) and the Hearty Tomato Soup (35 minutes to prepare and 35g of plant-based protein per serving). Both are quick, hearty, and hit that comfort-meets-fuel sweet spot.

If you’re ready to make fueling simple and strong, Purple Carrot’s got you. Use code ROBIN50 at checkout for 50% off your first order. #ad

 .WHAT I’M ANSWERING.

HYROX Q&A šŸ’Ŗ I see y’all showing up strong for Peloton's new HYROX training collection. I’ve been getting a ton of questions, so let’s break it down. Whether you’re racing for the first time or leveling up your performance, here’s what to know šŸ‘‡

Q1: What is HYROX?

HYROX is a hybrid strength and running competition — eight 1K runs paired with eight functional workout stations like sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, and burpees. Peloton just dropped a new HYROX training collection.šŸ”„

Q2: Can you swap the tread for a bike or rower in the HYROX simulation classes?

You can, but it’s not quite the same. HYROX is ~60% running, so to really prep, you need to get those miles in. Rowing or cycling can build endurance, but running under fatigue is what mimics race conditions. Nothing replaces the feeling of hitting a hard run after your legs are smoked from floor work.

Q3: What equipment do you need?

For these simulations, you’ll need a treadmill, weights, and a mat. You’ll be doing exercises like carries, lunges, and burpees, so medium to heavy weights and a little space to move are all you need.

Q4: Any training advice for newbies?

Start with a solid aerobic and strength foundation, then layer in race-specific work like sleds, ski, and row training. The closer you get to race day, the more specific your workouts should become. And remember, 60% of the race is running, so threshold runs are your best friend. Consistency is the secret weapon here.

Q5: How often should you take the new 75-minute HYROX simulation bootcamp?

Treat it like a checkpoint, not an everyday grind. I recommend doing the 75-minute sim every four to six weeks to test your pacing, recovery, and endurance. Use it to measure your progress and sharpen your mindset.

The Women inPower Summit šŸ“£ On October 29, I’ll be joining my friend Robin Roberts at the legendary 92nd Street Y for the Women inPower Summit. Together, we’re taking the stage for a candid conversation on resilience, reinvention, and what it really takes to keep betting on yourself—no matter what season you’re in.

Expect real talk, actionable takeaways, and a whole lot of empowerment. Grab your tickets to the Women inPower Summit today!

Question: What’s your advice for someone looking to take their runs from the treadmill to the outdoors?

- Kathryn

Answer: Just start. Dress for the weather, pick a simple out-and-back route in a park or along a running path, and stay alert for cars and cyclists. If you need a little motivation, throw on a Peloton Outdoor run and let the energy carry you. The hardest part is stepping out the door, but that first step is everything. Just start.
