What’s up, Hustlers!

This week means a lot.

When a book comes out, there is a very small window where the numbers actually count toward the bestseller lists. It’s basically this first week. Every single copy matters right now.

I didn’t write Eat to Hustle because the world needed another cookbook. I wrote it because food changed my life. Learning how to fuel my body gave me energy, strength, and clarity in ways I never expected. It became part of how I built discipline, resilience, and the life I wanted.

This book is a love letter to that idea. To feeding your body with intention. To building a life that feels strong from the inside out.

If you’ve ever taken a class with me, read my work, supported my journey, or believed in what I’m building, buying the book this week truly makes a difference. It’s the moment where the industry pays attention.

Thank you for being part of this community and for showing up for this work with me.

Eat to Hustle.
Let’s go.

.WHAT I’M EXCITED ABOUT.

Eat to Hustle is officially out in the world! 💚 Seeing it on shelves now feels surreal. Y’all lit the fire for this book, and I’m so grateful. Every recipe was created with intention—to fuel your hustle, your workouts, your family dinners, and the big life you’re building.

In this cookbook, I’m breaking the myth that being plant-based means you don’t get enough protein. We DO, and it’s delicious. This is how I eat as a type 1 diabetic athlete, how I build muscle, how I feed two hungry kiddos (and Drew), and yes… there’s a whole chapter dedicated to my favorite topic: #pursesnacks. Here’s a little preview of what you’ll find inside:

  • Morning Routines: Protein Matcha Latte; Veggie & Pesto Frittata

  • Skip the Lunch Salad: Creamy Alfredo Pasta; Chorizo Black Bean Burrito Bowl

  • I Love Sandwiches: Fried No-Chick Deluxe; Bodega Chopped Cheese

  • Eat Your Veggies: Kimchi-Ginger Poke Bowls; Loaded Cobb Salad

  • Sit-Down Dinners: Protein-Packed Lasagna; Mushroom Pernil

  • Keep Calm and Snack On: Tofu Chicharrónes; Mini Energy Muffins

  • Couch Potato Cravings: Artichoke Wings; Tempeh Buffalo Dip

  • Desserts that Hustle: Gooey Cinnamon Rolls; Chocolate Silk Pie

  • Sundays are for Meal Prep: Packed Pizza Dough; Bagels with a Boost

When you get your copy, tag me in the recipes you make. I want to see how you remake and remix them in your own kitchen!

Book tour tickets are still available! If you’re in NY, NJ, Philly, or Austin—I’d love to see you there! Let’s talk food, fuel, and all things Eat to Hustle! Tickets and more information HERE.

.WHAT I’M DIVING INTO.

The Pillars of Nutrition 🎙 On this week’s episode of Project Swagger, we’re talking about the pillars of nutrition and how I think about fueling a big life. I’m breaking down protein, carbs, fats, and fiber, and why each macro plays a role in strength, energy, and recovery. If you’ve ever been plant-based curious, I’m sharing a few tips on how to start without overcomplicating it. Plus, in the edit we get into the parenting books that were must-reads for me.

And don’t forget— call 877-ALL-SWAG with your questions to have them answered on the show!

And guess what? We’re taking Project Swagger on the road. This weekend at SXSW, I’ll be sitting down with Mark Cuban to unpack the daily disciplines behind hustling smarter and living longer. We’ll dive into why wellness is a true competitive advantage, Cuban’s top longevity habits, the failures that taught him the most, the business pitches he’s excited about right now, and what really makes a great leader.

If you’re at SXSW, I’d love to see you there. And if not, don’t worry—the conversation will be dropping on the podcast March 19.

.WHAT I’M READING.

Alchemised by SenLinYu 📖 Wow. I started this book while traveling a few weeks ago and could not put it down. Dark, gothic, and layered, it follows a woman with fractured memories navigating war, power, and a dangerously complicated love story in a world ruled by necromancers. It’s intense and atmospheric, but at its core it asks: who are you when everything is stripped away? Definitely add this book to your list!

Launch week is in full swing, and we’re taking Eat to Hustle everywhere. Here’s where you can catch me on TV

Good Morning America —Today! Launch day starts bright and early! I’ll be on GMA around 8:45AM and 10AM EST cooking up a couple recipes from Eat to Hustle. We’re doing two cooking demos—one on GMA and another on GMA3—bringing some plant-powered fuel straight to your morning routine.

The Kelly Clarkson Show — March 13th: Kelly and I are talking food, hustle, and a few of my favorite recipes from the book.

The Drew Barrymore Show — March 17th: We’ll be sharing some Eat to Hustle recipes and having some fun in the kitchen with my friend, Dan Churchill.

And we’re not stopping there. If you’re heading to SXSW this weekend, come say hi! I’ll be there talking Eat to Hustle, Project Swagger, Peloton and more. Here’s the full schedule ⬇️

Question: How do you make journaling stick as a habit?

- Amy

Answer: Journaling is one of my go-to wellness habits. It helps me get thoughts out of my head, onto the page, and into the universe. If you want to get better at journaling, but not sure how, start small. Start with consistent actions every day. Here are a few tips:

Habit stack 📚️ Pair journaling with your daily rituals (like your coffee routine) for an easy integration into your day.

Break the time myth ⏱️ It doesn't have to be a novel. Start with just one line or a single page a day.

Keep your journal close 🛏️ Have your journal waiting on your pillow if you prefer mornings or nights for your reflective moments.
