Plus: Revisiting after-school comforts
Whatās up, Hustlers!
Letās lean into our edges.
If Iād only seen myself as a lawyer, I wouldnāt be here today. If Iād stopped at runner, Iād have never picked up a weight. Athlete? Thatās only one layer.
This is your reminder: weāre never just one thing. We can be āboth/andā.
Letās dare to explore everything we can be.

.WHAT IāM REVISITING.
After-school comforts š This week, I found myself making cinnamon sugar toast on autopilot. It was the day after the election results, and I realized I was reaching for the comfort food I used to eat after school. Toast with (vegan) butter, cinnamon, and sugar, plus LMNT hot chocolate. I was a latchkey kid, making a snack for myself and my sister, with Oprah playing in the background. When the world feels heavy, and problems seem large, the small things matter even more. Move your body, fill your Stanley, and consume (media, food, conversation) mindfully. ILY.
.WHAT IāM JOURNALING ABOUT.
Letting go š This week, I'm revisiting one of my favorite prompts:
"Whatās one thing I can let go of to make space for what I truly want?"
Thereās something powerful about acknowledging what no longer serves us. Journaling is where I dig deep and get real about the weight I donāt need to carry. Whether itās a lingering doubt, a habit thatās gone stale, or simply saying yes when I mean no, this prompt is all about clearing the path forward. Grab your journal and join me: What can you let go of to make room for your hustle?
.WHAT IāM PRIORITIZING.
Sleep as self-care š¤ We train hard and hustle harder, so rest needs to be just as intentional. Quality sleep isnāt just about recharging; itās a game-changer for showing up as our best selves. Building a nighttime routine of small, intentional habits is how we can set ourselves up for deep, restorative sleep. Think of it as doing something today that future you will thank you for. Here are my nighttime essentials for leveling up your sleep game:
ā° Set an Alarm to Log Off. Letās be realāitās too easy to get sucked into scrolling. Setting an alarm to disconnect keeps me intentional and frees my mind for real rest.
š Brain Dump Your To-Do List. I keep a notepad by my bed and jot down any lingering thoughts or tasks before sleep. This quick ābrain dumpā clears your mind, making it easier to fully relax and drift off.
š Wind Down with Reading. I try to read, even just a single page before bed. After a crazy day, it helps me slip into a calm, focused space.
š¶ Plug Into White Noise. Iām all about setting the vibe. White noise helps me go into the sleep state, a positive trigger that signals itās time to power down.
š§āāļø Relax with Sunlighten Infrared Sauna Therapy. Spending time in a Sunlighten sauna supports the bodyās detox pathways, boosts circulation, and powers up mitochondria, all of which can elevate your quality of sleep. #ad
And, remember, be kind to yourself! If youāre in a season of caregiving, sleep might look different, and thatās okay. Prioritize what you canāevery small step matters.
Ready to upgrade your sleep game? Save up to $1,000 on your Sunlighten sauna through November 30th by using this LINK.
Question: Any tips for staying motivated when youāre tired?
Answer: I tell myself to ājust start.ā Even if I donāt feel like going full out, I start with one small action. Most of the time, momentum kicks in, and Iām reminded why I showed up in the first place.

Today on Good Morning America āļø Tune in at ~8am EST to catch me talking about Glucose Monitors.
