My tips for getting to your next level

Whatâs up, Hustlers!
This week, I've been hitting repeat on a powerful thought â âWhen you develop an appetite for your own power, mediocrity doesn't taste very good.â
How are you developing your power this week? Letâs tap into it together.

.WHAT IâM EATING.
Plants, 365 days a year. Iâve been plant-based for over a decade, and it is up there with the best decisions Iâve ever made. I have more energy. I recover from tough workouts more quickly. I sleep better.
Want to join me? Now is the perfect time. This January is âVeganuary,â a whole month dedicated to plant-based eating! Donât know where to start? Check out these 10 easy meals for vegan beginners and some of the best vegan products.
.WHAT IâM FOCUSING ON.
Creating my latest vision board. I am a true believer in manifesting the life you want and creating a vision board is one of my favorite parts of that process.
What is a vision board? Itâs a visual representation of a dream, goal, intention, or feelingâsomething you want to achieve in this next chapter of your life. Different vision boards can serve different purposes or dreamsâyou might have an entire vision board about your fitness goals or career aspirations. Iâve even used a vision board to manifest my relationships⊠hello, Drew!
Here are my tips to create a meaningful and fun vision board to visualize your next level:
Protect your time: This takes mental space, so make sure you have an hour or two of undistracted time. You want your vision board to be something youâre proud of!
Journal: Get your dreams on paper! Jot down any thoughts or ideas that come to mind.
Organize: Decide your manifestation themes and use them to organize your boardâit can be fitness, career, relationships, or an all-encompassing focus. What matters most to you?
Play: Dive into magazines, Google images, Pinterest boardsâŠuse scissors to cut out what resonates with you.
Write: Jot down mantras, quotes, and any other little bits that inspire feelings of confidence, action, and momentum.
Architect: Selectively place images and quotes on your board (which can be anythingâcorkboard, poster board, pin board, etc.). Grab your tape or glue stick and make it permanent.
And most importantly? Come back to it every day. Put your vision board somewhere you can see it daily. Tape it to your bathroom mirror, hang it in your closet, make it your phone lock screen. Why? What you focus on will magnify.
Whatâs on your vision board this year? Check out the comments on this IG post and let me know!
.WHATâS IN MY CUP.
All kinds of tea. đ« Y'all know self-care can be practiced in doses. One way I fill my cup? Filling it with tea. Studies show that drinking tea can boost your immune system, fight inflammation, and even protect you from cancer and heart disease. Thatâs superhero toolkit material.
My favorite kinds are matcha and black tea (non-dairy of course). My favorite brand? Pique Teas (click here for 15% off and a free starter kit!). And my favorite person to drink it with? Athena. We went to high tea before the holidays and had a blast. She was all over those tiny finger sandwiches!

.WHATâS ON MY MIND.
Quitters Day Questions. What is Quitters Day? Itâs the second Friday in Januaryâthe day when most people tend to abandon their New Year resolutions. This is not a day I celebrate, fam!
Iâll be on Good Morning America tomorrow morning to talk more about this upcoming âholidayâ. Do you have any questions about Quitters Day or staying committed to your resolutions? If so, share them to this email - [email protected], and I may answer them live on GMA! đ

Question: If youâre feeling lost and you know you need to create a new chapter for yourselfâbut you feel totally out of inspirationâwhat do you recommend to get unstuck and find a path?
Answer: Letâs start with the reality: This happens to all of us at some point in our lives. There are some seasons in life where you might feel lost. Hereâs what I do when I know Iâm ready for a change.
1. I take the first step. Any step. The path to success is not circuitous, so start by taking one small step towards something new.
2. I put in overtime in my journal or vision board. I find that writing down my thoughts, emotions, and ideas helps to unclog things up in my mind.
3. I turn to people who inspire me. For example, this episode of Huberman Labs with retired Navy SEAL, ultramarathoner, and best-selling author David Goggins was all about building inner strengthâŠand it fueled my fire. Find the people who inspire you and immerse yourself in their world.
