.WHAT I’M ANSWERING.

Cookbook FAQ šŸ§‘ā€šŸ³ Eat to Hustle is officially available for preorder and I’m so proud to finally share it with this community. This book is straight from my kitchen to yours. These are the real recipes I use to fuel my body, nourish my family, and bring joy to everyday meals. It’s high-protein, plant-based food packed with bold flavors to keep you energized and ready to hustle.

You've asked great questions since the announcement, so I’m answering a few of the most common ones here:

  • Is your family also plant-based?
Yes! Drew and I are plant-based, and our kids eat what we eat. These are the recipes we cook and love at home.

  • Any chance carb counts are included?
Yes. Each recipe includes full macros: protein, fat, carbs, fiber, and calories. Whether you're tracking for athletic goals, managing blood sugar, or just want to be more intentional with your food, it’s all there.

  • What inspired the recipes?
These dishes reflect where I come from and how I move through the world today. My mother’s Cuban roots, my father’s Puerto Rican background, my childhood in Philly, and my Jewish heritage all show up in the food. This cookbook is a blend of culture, memory, and how I nourish myself now.

  • Does it include desserts too?
Of course! Sweet moments matter, and I wasn’t about to leave them out. The best part? Every dessert has protein because I want people to feel both satisfied and supported.

  • Any T1D-friendly recipes?
Absolutely. These are the same meals I eat while living with Type 1 diabetes. Every recipe was created with real life in mind.

  • When can we purchase the book?

The cookbook is available for pre-order now at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Bookshop and Apple Books. It’ll be in stores and available for purchase on March 10, 2026.

March will be here before we know it. In the meantime, thank you for every preorder, every message, and every bit of support. It means everything. šŸ’—

 .WHAT I’M SHARING.

Warm weather training tips šŸ”„ Summer’s in full force, and with heat waves sweeping across the U.S. this week, I wanted to share my go-to tips for working out in the heat. If you’re training right now, stay smart and read through these essentials, ā¬‡ļø

  1. Train early or late ā›…ļø Timing matters. Schedule workouts for early morning or after sunset when temps are lower and the sun isn’t at its peak. It’s not about avoiding the grind. It’s about training smart.

  2. Hydrate + electrolytes šŸ’§ Hydration starts before your workout. Drink water beforehand, and if you’re sweating hard, replace what you’re losing. Electrolyte tablets, mixes, or even a pinch of salt in your water can make a difference.

  3. Cool down with intention šŸš¶ā€ā™€ļø Don’t skip the cooldown. Walk it out in the shade. Use a cold towel or cooling spray if needed. Let your body reset before jumping into what’s next.

  4. Ice + bandana 🧊 Wrap a handful of ice in a bandana and tie it around your neck with the ice resting against your spine. It’s a quick, easy way to cool your core on the move.

  5. Listen to your effort, not just your pace šŸ‘‚ļø Heat slows everyone down. If you’re feeling it, this isn’t the time to obsess over numbers. Run or lift by feel.

 .WHAT I’M ADDRESSING.

Tips for patience šŸ§˜ This comment on my Eat to Hustle post made me smile…because same!

I heard you, fam, and I loved this question. Trust me, March feels far away for me too.

Patience is something I think about a lot. As someone who runs hard on the tread and in life, I’ve had to unlearn the idea that waiting = wasting time. Patience isn’t about sitting still. It’s about staying rooted while still moving forward.

Here’s what’s helping me practice it lately:

  • Anchor in the now: When I catch myself getting ahead of the moment, I ground back into what’s real—my breath, my movement, my surroundings. Presence is a practice, not a switch. Returning to the body helps reset the mind.

  • Respect the long game: Some of the best things in life take time. Growth isn’t always loud or fast. I remind myself that steady progress still counts and that patience is its own kind of strength.

  • Choose joy: In slower seasons, I make space for the things that lift my spirit. Joy reminds me that this moment matters too.

March will be here before we know it šŸ’«

The next #SummerofSwagger challenge: Cook the meal you’ve been wanting to make. šŸ½ļø

Something new. Something nostalgic. Something from your TikTok feed. Something your grandma used to make. Anything goes—as long as you finally make it happen.

Let this be the week you stop saving the recipe and actually turn up the heat.

At the end of the week, snap a pic, post it on IG, and tag @robinnyc and @swaggersociety. We’ll pick one winner on Friday to receive exclusive merch. šŸ”„

Question: What’s one thing you do every morning, no matter what?

- Annie

Answer: Mornings are where I set the tone. Even on the busiest days, I try to give myself a moment of stillness—sometimes that’s journaling, sometimes it’s a few deep breaths. One thing I always make time for is my matcha.

I’ve been drinking Pique’s Sun Goddess Matcha every morning. It’s become a daily ritual that supports both focus and recovery. I love that it contains L-theanine for calm energy and EGCG to support skin clarity and firmness. Clean, simple, powerful is exactly how I want to start my morning.
