.WHAT IāM ANSWERING.
Cookbook FAQ š§āš³ Eat to Hustle is officially available for preorder and Iām so proud to finally share it with this community. This book is straight from my kitchen to yours. These are the real recipes I use to fuel my body, nourish my family, and bring joy to everyday meals. Itās high-protein, plant-based food packed with bold flavors to keep you energized and ready to hustle.
You've asked great questions since the announcement, so Iām answering a few of the most common ones here:
Is your family also plant-based?
Yes! Drew and I are plant-based, and our kids eat what we eat. These are the recipes we cook and love at home.Any chance carb counts are included?
Yes. Each recipe includes full macros: protein, fat, carbs, fiber, and calories. Whether you're tracking for athletic goals, managing blood sugar, or just want to be more intentional with your food, itās all there. What inspired the recipes?
These dishes reflect where I come from and how I move through the world today. My motherās Cuban roots, my fatherās Puerto Rican background, my childhood in Philly, and my Jewish heritage all show up in the food. This cookbook is a blend of culture, memory, and how I nourish myself now.Does it include desserts too?
Of course! Sweet moments matter, and I wasnāt about to leave them out. The best part? Every dessert has protein because I want people to feel both satisfied and supported.Any T1D-friendly recipes?
Absolutely. These are the same meals I eat while living with Type 1 diabetes. Every recipe was created with real life in mind. When can we purchase the book?
The cookbook is available for pre-order now at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Bookshop and Apple Books. Itāll be in stores and available for purchase on March 10, 2026.
March will be here before we know it. In the meantime, thank you for every preorder, every message, and every bit of support. It means everything. š
.WHAT IāM SHARING.
Warm weather training tips š„ Summerās in full force, and with heat waves sweeping across the U.S. this week, I wanted to share my go-to tips for working out in the heat. If youāre training right now, stay smart and read through these essentials, ā¬ļø
Train early or late ā ļø Timing matters. Schedule workouts for early morning or after sunset when temps are lower and the sun isnāt at its peak. Itās not about avoiding the grind. Itās about training smart.
Hydrate + electrolytes š§ Hydration starts before your workout. Drink water beforehand, and if youāre sweating hard, replace what youāre losing. Electrolyte tablets, mixes, or even a pinch of salt in your water can make a difference.
Cool down with intention š¶āāļø Donāt skip the cooldown. Walk it out in the shade. Use a cold towel or cooling spray if needed. Let your body reset before jumping into whatās next.
Ice + bandana š§ Wrap a handful of ice in a bandana and tie it around your neck with the ice resting against your spine. Itās a quick, easy way to cool your core on the move.
Listen to your effort, not just your pace šļø Heat slows everyone down. If youāre feeling it, this isnāt the time to obsess over numbers. Run or lift by feel.
.WHAT IāM ADDRESSING.
Tips for patience š§ This comment on my Eat to Hustle post made me smileā¦because same!

I heard you, fam, and I loved this question. Trust me, March feels far away for me too.
Patience is something I think about a lot. As someone who runs hard on the tread and in life, Iāve had to unlearn the idea that waiting = wasting time. Patience isnāt about sitting still. Itās about staying rooted while still moving forward.
Hereās whatās helping me practice it lately:
Anchor in the now: When I catch myself getting ahead of the moment, I ground back into whatās realāmy breath, my movement, my surroundings. Presence is a practice, not a switch. Returning to the body helps reset the mind.
Respect the long game: Some of the best things in life take time. Growth isnāt always loud or fast. I remind myself that steady progress still counts and that patience is its own kind of strength.
Choose joy: In slower seasons, I make space for the things that lift my spirit. Joy reminds me that this moment matters too.
March will be here before we know it š«

The next #SummerofSwagger challenge: Cook the meal youāve been wanting to make. š½ļø
Something new. Something nostalgic. Something from your TikTok feed. Something your grandma used to make. Anything goesāas long as you finally make it happen.
Let this be the week you stop saving the recipe and actually turn up the heat.
At the end of the week, snap a pic, post it on IG, and tag @robinnyc and @swaggersociety. Weāll pick one winner on Friday to receive exclusive merch. š„

Question: Whatās one thing you do every morning, no matter what?
Answer: Mornings are where I set the tone. Even on the busiest days, I try to give myself a moment of stillnessāsometimes thatās journaling, sometimes itās a few deep breaths. One thing I always make time for is my matcha.
Iāve been drinking Piqueās Sun Goddess Matcha every morning. Itās become a daily ritual that supports both focus and recovery. I love that it contains L-theanine for calm energy and EGCG to support skin clarity and firmness. Clean, simple, powerful is exactly how I want to start my morning.
