When I started swim training three months ago, I thought Iā€™d be much further along than where I am today.

I am here for the infinite game. I am here for the day one mentality. I am here to keep showing up, even when I donā€™t see the progress.

 .WHAT Iā€™M MAKING. 

Protein Rice Krispie treats šŸ”„ This week, Iā€™m taking the classic Rice Krispie to the next level with some added protein. They're gooey, crunchy, and bangin'! Perfect for a quick snack on the go, kids' lunch boxes, or a cozy dessert on the couch.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies

  • 6 cups vegan marshmallows

  • Ā½ cup vegan protein powder

  • 10 tbsp vegan butter

  • Ā½ tsp vanilla

Instructions:

  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  • In a large pot, melt the vegan butter. Add the marshmallows and stir until they melt. They should melt into a big blob. Stay focusedā€”this is not the time to multitask (trust me, I've burned a few marshmallows before.)

  • Take the pot off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract and protein powder.

  • Fold in the cereal with a spoon or spatula. It's okay if there are chunks of marshmallow.

  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish and press it down evenly.

  • Let the treats cool for about an hour. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Cannes Lions šŸ‡«šŸ‡· I'm getting ready for an epic week at Cannes Lions, the festival of creativity. I want to continuously smash limitations, boundaries, and other people's expectations.  .WHAT Iā€™M SHARING. 

Tips for new runners šŸƒā€ā™€ļø Last week was Global Running Day, and seeing the running community show up with so much passion was inspiring. I was not always a runner. Growing up, I didnā€™t even consider myself an athlete. My running journey started on a whim during law school. What started as curiosity quickly became a way to physically unpack trauma, and now running is my medicine and self-care. Itā€™s not always easy, but thatā€™s what makes it powerful. Running is my HELL YES. šŸ”„šŸ”„ 

If you are looking to get into running, remember thisā€¦

  1. Never apologize for being a new runner, or your speed, or your mileage. If you lace up & do the work, you're a runner.

  2. Trust the struggle. The grit you earn is the power you take into every area of your life.

  3. Triumph requires hustle. You're supposed to be uncomfortable. There are no shortcuts. Get to work.

This community is a powerhouse of hustlers. I'm constantly inspired by the incredible stories and accomplishments you share with me. Now, it's time to share them with all of you.
