 .WHAT I’M REFLECTING ON. 

An incredible trip to Panama 🇵🇦 We just got back from Buenaventura, Panama—such an epic trip! It was the perfect mix of movement, rest, and adventure—the kind of energy that makes you want to stay a little longer. The best part? My dad was able to come and spend the week with us, making it even more special. Time together like that is something I’ll never take for granted.

Here are a few of my favorite moments:

  • 🎂 Celebrating Athena’s birthday with cake, a piñata, and family. I can’t believe she is 4!

  • 🐟️ Exploring the outdoors with fishing, horseback riding, and an awesome zoo—Atlas loved the monkeys.

  • 🏊️ Spending afternoons in the pool—family time, swims, and just the right amount of chaos.

  • 👟 Switching up my workouts with beach runs and swims.

  • 📘 Lounging at the beach with Onyx Storm—I’m obsessed, y’all.

 .WHAT I’M INVITING YOU TO DO . 

Remember your moments of pride 📒 We don’t give ourselves enough credit—for the small wins or the big ones. After my HYROX competition a few weeks ago, I recorded a voice memo just for me—not for social media, not for anyone else—just to capture the pride in my voice. I don’t know if I’ll ever listen to it again, but I have it. A receipt of a moment when I showed up and showed out.

Try it! Record a voice memo when you feel proud. Capture how you feel, what’s on your mind, and why this moment matters. Save it for a rainy day. When doubt creeps in, you’ll have proof of exactly who you are. 💪

Tips for self-love, all year long 💗 Remember y'all, we can't show up for others if we don't first show up for ourselves. Take yourself on a solo date, talk to yourself like you would a friend, and give yourself the time and space to be your best self. When you pour into yourself, you show up stronger in every part of your life.
