.WHAT IâM COOKING WITH.
Beans, beans, and more beans đ« Theyâve been a staple in my kitchen for years, bringing versatility, fuel, and major health benefits to every dish. Whether Iâm adding them in a sandwich or tossing them into a salad, beans are my go-to. Theyâre anti-inflammatory, loaded with fiber, and a great source of protein.
Which bean do you think packs the most protein? Check out this article to find outâand donât miss the recipes. Iâm definitely trying the Breakfast Hash! âŹïž
.WHAT IâM PRIORITIZING.
Post-workout recovery đ„ The hustle doesnât stop at the workoutârecovery is where we rebuild, recharge, and prepare for the next challenge. Here are my top recovery strategies to stay strong and keep pushing forward âŹïž
Prioritize sleep: Your body does the heavy lifting while you sleep, repairing muscle tissue and recharging for the next day. Aim for 7-9 hours a night to optimize recovery and performance. Donât underestimate the power of rest.
Fuel with the right nutrients: Your body needs fuel after putting in the work. Opt for a meal or snack with a solid balance of protein, healthy fats, and carbs within 30 minutes of your workout. Think: a plant-based protein smoothie or a quick wrap to keep you energized and rebuilding those muscles.
Hydration is key: Your muscles crave hydration after a workout, especially when you're sweating it out. Hydrate with electrolytes to replenish what you lost, and keep your body functioning at its peak.
Stretch it out: Never skip your cooldown. Stretching keeps your muscles flexible and reduces the risk of injury. A dynamic stretch post-run helps lengthen and strengthen, making sure your body is ready for the next challenge.
Infrared sauna sessions: One of my secret weapons for recovery is the infrared sauna. After an intense workout, spending 20â30 minutes in the sauna helps reduce soreness, boost circulation, and deliver oxygen and nutrients right to the muscles. The deep heat works wonders for muscle recovery and helps me feel ready to tackle the next hustle.

Backed by 25 years of research, their saunas are designed to fit any lifestyleâfrom compact options that are perfect for city living to larger setups for more space. .WHAT IâM SHARING.
Tips to stay consistent đ Stop waiting for the âright timeâ to start a goal. I just finished my 1-mile open water swim on Necker Islandâa milestone that felt impossible a year ago. Thereâs no magic to it. It wasnât about being perfect. It was about putting in the effort and trusting the process. If youâve got a goal youâve been putting off, hereâs what helped me to start and stay consistent:
Talk to yourself like you would a friend: Encourage yourself with the same kindness and grace you give others. Choose words that build you up.
Take things one step at a time: Make small, intentional actions part of your routine. Itâs not about doing everything at once; itâs about stacking progress, brick by brick.
Visualize your success: See yourself crossing that finish line or hitting your goal. Let that vision fuel your hustle.
Lean on your community: Donât go solo. Share your goals with your loved ones. Surround yourself with people who uplift you, challenge you, and keep you accountable.
Celebrate the small wins: Every milestone counts. Recognize your progress along the way and let those moments inspire your next steps.
Youâve got this, fam! đȘ
