Whatβs up, Hustlers!Β
We overestimate what we can do in a week and underestimate what we can build in a year.
I've spent more than a decade building strength. Not in one breakthrough workout, but in thousands of ordinary ones.
There have been weeks where I felt stuck. Weeks where I felt unstoppable. And plenty of weeks that felt completely unremarkable.
That's the thing about progress: you rarely notice it while it's happening.
Keep showing up. One decision. One rep. One day at a time.
Your future self is counting on it.

.WHAT IβM EXCITED ABOUT.
Eva Longoria on Project Swagger π You know Eva from Desperate Housewives, but she's also an incredible producer, director, entrepreneur, and storyteller. She's currently filming season two of Searching for France for CNN and directing The Fifth Wheel, a star-studded comedy starring Kim Kardashian, Nikki Glaser, Brenda Song, Fortune Feimster, and Will Ferrell.
More than anything, Eva is one of the most ambitious, curious, and generous women I know. In just 20 minutes, she shared so much wisdom about building a career, taking risks, and staying true to yourself. I'm still thinking about this conversationβand I can't wait for you to hear it.
.WHAT IβM JOURNALING ABOUT.
Family traditions π We just got back from another Fourth of July weekend at Mohonk Mountain House in upstate New York. We've been going every year for the past few years, and it's become a tradition I look forward to.
Traditions are the memories we choose to build on purpose. They remind us what matters, bring us back to each other, and become part of our family's story.
This week, I'm journaling about the traditions I want to keep protecting and the new ones I want to create.
So here's my journaling prompt for you: What tradition or ritual has quietly become one of the anchors of your life? How can you protect it?
.WHAT IβM READING.
Prime Time by Jane Fonda π Eva Longoria recommended Prime Time by Jane Fonda, so it's officially next on my nightstand. The premise? Every stage of life is an opportunity to grow, reinvent yourself, and step into an even stronger version of who you are.
You know that here at Swagger Society, we love to rattle the age cage. We don't put an expiration date on ambition. Whether you're chasing a new career, training for your first race, raising a family, or reinventing yourself for the tenth time, growth is always available to us. We don't "arrive." We keep evolving.
I'm excited to dig into this one. If you've already read it, hit reply and tell me your biggest takeaway.

The Wellness Mistakes Quietly Wrecking Your Progress β Last week on Project Swagger, I shared the 5 wellness mistakes I see over and over βand what to do instead. Plus, my hot take on cold plunges and how to achieve progressive overload without adding weight.

Weβre hiring! π£ We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the RobinNYC + Project Swagger team here in NYC. This is for someone who can think strategically, move fast, and executeβcontent, community, shoots, all of it.
If youβre tapped into culture, fluent across platforms, and ready to help build something with real impact across RobinNYC, Project Swagger, and Swagger Societyβthis is for you. Apply by sending your resume to [email protected].

Question: I'm thinking about becoming vegan / plant-based. What do you recommend for someone just starting?
Answer: Start by adding before you subtract.
Instead of focusing on what you're giving up, focus on all the foods you're gaining. Build one or two plant-based meals you genuinely love, then make them part of your weekly routine.
You don't have to go from eating meat every day to 100% vegan overnight. Progress is progress. Maybe it's Meatless Mondays. Maybe it's swapping dairy milk for oat milk or adding beans, lentils, tofu, or edamame to meals a few times a week.
Focus less on being "perfectly" plant-based and more on building a plate that fuels the life you want to live.
