Whatβs up, Hustlers!Β
You are not defined by the worst mistake you've made this year.
Or the opportunity you missed. The race that didn't go as planned. The conversation you wish you'd handled differently. The goal you haven't reached yet.
One moment doesn't get to write our story.
Growth isn't about getting everything right. It's about choosing to keep going after you've gotten something wrong.
Your next decision matters more than your last mistake.

.WHAT IβM SHARING.
The wellness metrics that matter most β We're surrounded by data. Steps. Sleep. HRV. Calories. Recovery. The list goes on. As a Type 1 diabetic athlete, data is an essential part of how I train and live. But there's a difference between using data as a tool and letting it become the boss.
In this week's episode of Project Swagger, I'm sharing six practical rules for using metrics to build your wellness, not undermine it. Plus, the one metric I think matters more than all the others combined.
I'm also answering your questions about how many days you should actually lift each week and the smartest way to build your cardio over time.
.WHAT IβM UNPACKING.
My French Pharmacy Haul π One stop at a French pharmacy somehow turned into an entire skincare routine. I picked up products for dark spots (summer skin, you know the drill), an incredibly affordable retinol, magnesium, sunscreen, dry shampoo, a few skincare staples for irritated skin, and a moisturizer I'm hoping doubles as a makeup primer. I'm so excited to put these products to the test!
Caudalie Vinoperfect Dark Spot Serum - My main purchase for tackling summer dark spots.
Caudalie Vinoperfect Glycolic Essence - A gentle exfoliant to help boost radiance and prep skin for the serum.
Caudalie Vinoperfect Glycolic Peel Mask - A quick 10-minute mask for brighter skin.
Caudalie Vinoperfect Niacinamide Dark Spot Cream - Moisturizer that brightens and hydrates.
Caudalie Vinotherapist Hand & Nail Repair Cream - Super nourishing without feeling greasy.
A313 Vitamin A Pommade - The cult-favorite French retinol. I can't wait to try this one. I grabbed 5.
La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 SPF 50+ - Everyone knows European sunscreen is the best.
Embryolisse Lait-CrΓ¨me ConcentrΓ© - A classic French moisturizer. Iβm also going to try it as a makeup primer.
Avène Cicalfate+ Repairing Protective Cream - For irritated skin, dry patches, or helping support your skin barrier.
Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk - A French pharmacy icon.
Granions Magnesium - Looking forward to trying it as part of my evening routine.
What are your favorite European pharmacy finds? Iβll add them to my list!

.WHAT IβM CHEFFING.
Vegan Hand Rolls π£ Hot summer days call for meals that are fresh, easy, and don't require turning on the oven. These vegan hand rolls have been one of my go-to recipes recently for exactly that reason and theyβre straight from my New York Times bestselling cookbook, Eat to Hustle. Add your favorite veggies, swap in different proteins, or make them exactly as written. They're fun to assemble, perfect for meal prep, and even better when everyone builds their own.
What you'll need:
1 cup cooked and cooled white rice
β cup cooked and cooled quinoa
1Β½ tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
1 (7 oz) block baked tofu, sliced into 4 strips
4 sheets nori
1 mini cucumber, cut into matchsticks
1 small carrot, cut into matchsticks
Sriracha mayo (or your favorite spicy mayo)
How to make them:
Mix the rice, quinoa, and tamari together and let sit for 5 minutes so the rice absorbs the liquid.
Lay a sheet of nori on a clean surface. With wet hands, press about β cup of the rice mixture onto the bottom half of the nori. Top with cucumber, carrot, a strip of tofu, and a generous spoonful of sriracha mayo.
Starting from the rice side, roll diagonally over the filling until sealed, using a little water to close the edge.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients and enjoy immediately with extra sriracha mayo for dipping. π£

One of our biggest Project Swagger episodes yet π If you haven't listened to my conversation with Eva Longoria yet, this is your sign. It's already become one of the most popular episodes of Project Swagger, and it's easy to see why.
Eva shares hard-earned wisdom on confidence, ambition, leadership, and building a life that reflects your values. We talk about overcoming imposter syndrome, setting bold goals, the wellness routines that keep her grounded, and how she's creating a "female utopia" while directing her latest film, The Fifth Wheel.

London, here we come! π¬π§ I'm heading to London this weekend to teach at PSL, and I couldn't be more excited to see my London Hustlers. If you're taking class, let me know. I can't wait to see you there!

Question: What's currently on repeat in your headphones?
Answer: Definitely Jay-Z. Drew and I went to his concert on Sunday, and it's been a Jay-Z week ever since. No skips.

Got a question for me? CALL 1-877-ALL-SWAG and leave me a voicemail. βοΈ
Thanks for reading, Hustlers. Go out there, pivot with power, and stay curious about whatβs next.
