Plus: Prioritize preventive care

Whatās up, Hustlers!
You donāt need all the answers to begin.
Are you starting a new job? Moving to a new city? Maybe stepping into parenthood or a new fitness chapter?
Hereās what I want you to remember: trust yourself.
When Iām facing big shifts, my strategy is simpleāfocus on whatās in my control, learn everything I can, and root myself in self-trust.
You donāt have to have it all figured out on day one. You just have to believe that you can figure it out along the way.
What new chapter are you stepping into right now?

.WHAT IāM PRIORITIZING.
My health appointments 𩺠Let this be your reminder: make your annual checkups! Preventive care is part of the hustleāitās how we show up for ourselves today and protect our future. Just like self-care, donāt wait for something to go wrong to start prioritizing yourself. Schedule the appointments, block the time, and treat them like non-negotiablesājust like a workout or work meeting. This is your cue to protect your peace, your energy, and your long-term health.
Hereās a quick checklist to help you get started:
*Pro tip: batch appointments on the same day or same week to minimize disruption and stay in momentum. Last week I knocked out my dentist appointment and mammogram on the same day. šŖ
.WHAT IāM SHARING.
Knowing when itās time to pivot āŖļø How do you know when itās time to make a career moveāespecially when imposter syndrome creeps in or your confidence wavers? For me, it starts by tuning into the internal conversation. That quiet voice inside? It always knows. I lean on the tools in my toolkitājournaling, vision boarding, and movementāto reconnect with myself and uncover the next step. Once Iām grounded, I ask myself three questions:
Why not me?
What is my why?
What decision would I make if I were twice as strong and twice as confident?
These questions help me cut through doubt and move with purpose. The clarity doesnāt always come all at onceābut trust builds with every decision that aligns with your why.
If youāre thinking about a pivot, take a moment to ask yourself these questionsāyou might be closer to clarity than you think.
.WHAT IāM READING.
Outlive by Peter Attia š This oneās more than a bookāitās a bold operating manual for living better, longer. In Outlive, Dr. Peter Attia challenges the reactive model of traditional medicine, pointing out how healthcare often shows up too late for the biggest threats we face: heart disease, cancer, Alzheimerās, and type 2 diabetes. His message? Donāt just aim to live longerābuild a life where you thrive all the way through. From smarter strength and cardio training to optimizing nutrition, sleep, and emotional well-being, this book is a toolkit for anyone ready to take real ownership of their long-term health. ā¬ļø

Banana Blueberry Bars š« Last week I shared this easy, delicious banana blueberry bars recipe from Forks Over Knives, and itās already a hit in our house. These bars check all the boxes: simple to prep, naturally sweet, and perfect for that post-workout bite or after-school snack. Theyāve officially earned a spot in my summer #pursesnack rotation.

Cannes Lions 2025 š«š· Iām getting ready for an epic week at Cannes Lionsāthe festival of creativity, disruption, and big ideas. For me, itās not just about showing upāitās about showing up with intention. I want to keep smashing limitations, breaking boundaries, and rewriting expectations. And that starts with surrounding myself with innovators and hustlers who push me to think bigger and bolder.
Will you be there too? Let me know!

Question: I want to eat more plant-based proteināwhatās your take on seitan and tempeh? Any tips?
Answer: Iām all in on both. Seitan and tempeh are powerhouse proteins in my kitchen. Seitan has that chewy, meat-like texture that makes it perfect for stir-fries, wraps, or tacos. I love marinating it in coconut aminos, garlic, and a little smoked paprika before pan-searing it to get those crispy edges.
Tempehās got a nuttier flavor and is loaded with gut-friendly benefits since itās fermented. I usually slice, marinate, and air-fry or sautĆ© it until golden. Iāll toss it on salads, grain bowls, or even layer it in sandwiches with avocado and greens.
