What’s up, Hustlers!
Balance is bullsh*t.
I'm not chasing balance. I'm chasing alignment.
Some days I'm 90% executive and 10% athlete. Other days, I'm 100% mom, and the world can wait.
Every "yes" means saying "no" to something else. That's why I try to make sure my time reflects what matters most: my goals, my people, and my joy.
That's alignment.

.WHAT I’M EXCITED ABOUT.
We’re going to SPACE, y’all! 🚀 Today's Project Swagger guest is someone I deeply admire: NASA astronaut Dr. Jessica Meir, calling in from the International Space Station 250 miles above Earth! 🤯 It's the first interview a Vox Media show has ever recorded from space!
We talk about everything from preparing mentally and physically for spaceflight, to working out in microgravity, to staying connected with her three-year-old daughter while orbiting Earth. This conversation left me feeling inspired, curious, and completely in awe. I can't wait for you to experience it, too.

Your Split+ Run questions, answered 💪 My new Split+ Run program is officially live on the Peloton app and Tread, and I love seeing so many of you jump in. This week, I'm answering the questions you've been asking most—from whether beginners can do the program to how to structure your week for the best results.
Whether you're training for your next race or simply want to get stronger, this program will help you train with confidence and intention.
Q: What is a Split?
A: A split organizes your training into focused days so you can build strength consistently while giving each muscle group time to recover.
Q: Can beginners do this Split+ Run?
A: Yes. Choose weights that challenge you while maintaining great form. You can always scale the load. The goal is to get stronger each week.
Q: How long should I repeat the program?
A: Commit to 4–6 weeks. Week 1 is about finding your numbers. Weeks 2–4+ are where you'll build strength and confidence.
Q: How should I structure my week?
A: Complete the workouts in order, but they don't have to be consecutive. Add two quality run days, take at least one true rest day, and recover with intention.
Q: What equipment do I need?
A: Just dumbbells (and a bench for Days 1 & 4). No cables. No machines. Simple and effective.
Q: What if I don’t have a treadmill?
A: No problem. Match the workout's intent—not the machine. Swap sprints for the bike, threshold and HIIT runs for the bike or rower, and hills for a stair climber. You can also complete the runs outdoors. The goal is the training stimulus, not where you do it.

.WHAT I’M RECAPPING.
A few unforgettable days at Ladera Resort in St. Lucia 🌴 Drew and I just got home from St. Lucia, where we partnered with Ladera Resort for an incredible stay. Drew called this trip our "second honeymoon," and it really did feel like it.
We hiked through the rainforest, wandered into a real-life treehouse, and found the coolest open-air gym (with Peloton Bikes and Treads!). We slowed down with a couples spa treatment overlooking the Pitons, learned a few new recipes in a smoothie-making class (that I'm absolutely recreating at home), and enjoyed some of the most thoughtful vegan meals I've had in a long time. Oh... and every single view looked like a postcard. 🌴 Thank you to Laura at Katie Bean Travels for helping us find this resort!
I'm incredibly grateful for the uninterrupted time together, the chance to unplug, and the reminder that rest, adventure, and connection all belong in the same season.
If St. Lucia has been on your list, consider this your sign. Ladera is pure magic. ✨

Why learning my macros changed everything 💪 If you missed last week's Project Swagger episode, this one's worth adding to your queue.
Tracking macros gets a bad rap, but for me, it wasn't about restriction. It was about finally understanding what my body needed to perform, recover, and thrive.
I share the biggest fueling mistakes I used to make, how learning my macros transformed the way I eat, and practical tips if you're curious about getting started.

Question: How do you get enough fiber every day?
Answer: I aim for 50 grams of fiber a day to support digestion, gut health, and steadier blood sugar.
The easiest way? Think about adding, not restricting.
Try:
Berries in smoothies
Beans or lentils in salads
Chia or flax seeds in yogurt
Whole grains in sandwiches
An extra serving of vegetables at lunch and dinner
One reminder: if you're eating a high-fiber meal, give yourself plenty of time before a workout. Your gut will thank you.
