What’s up, Hustlers!
Your future self isn't asking you to be perfect.
She's asking you not to quit.
Some days you'll feel unstoppable. Other days, getting out the door will feel like the victory.
Both days count.
Progress isn't built on your best days. It's built on your willingness to keep going after the hard ones.
The person you're becoming is cheering for every imperfect step you take today.

.WHAT I’M LAUNCHING
My new Split+ Run is here 🔥 The strongest athletes I know don't just train harder—they train with intention.
That's exactly what inspired my new Split+ Run program: 30 minutes of heavy strength training paired with 15 minutes of purposeful running across a four-day split designed to build power, durability, and confidence.
Day 1: Push + Sprints
Day 2: Squat + Threshold Runs
Day 3: Pull + HIIT Runs
Day 4: Hinge + Hill Runs
The beauty of a split is its simplicity. You repeat it week after week, giving your body the consistency it needs to adapt, recover, and grow stronger.
Whether you're training for a marathon, chasing a HYROX PR, or simply committed to becoming a stronger athlete, this program will meet you where you are—and challenge you to keep leveling up.
Commit to 4–6 weeks. Trust the process. Then tell me how much stronger you feel.
Find my new Split+ Run under “Programs” in the Peloton App or on the Tread. See you on the leaderboard. 💛
.WHAT I’M SHARING.
How learning my macros changed the way I fuel 💪 Tracking macros gets a bad rap. People hear "tracking" and think restriction, obsession, or complicated food math. My experience has been the exact opposite.
Learning my macros taught me what enough actually looks like. It helped me stop guessing, fuel my body with intention, and build a relationship with food rooted in performance, energy, and longevity.
This week on Project Swagger, I'm sharing why learning my macros was a turning point, the biggest fueling mistakes it helped me uncover, how I fuel today, and my practical tips for getting started if you're curious.
.WHAT I’M LISTENING TO.
Never underestimate the power of a great playlist 🎵 I've always believed music is one of the most powerful performance tools we have. It can change your energy, your attitude, and sometimes even your outcome.
Right now, I'm loving Madonna's "Danceteria" and revisiting JAY-Z's The Black Album. New obsession meets all-time classic.
It's your turn: What's your song of the summer?

The nutrition conversation everyone needs to hear 🎙️ If you've ever wondered whether you're eating enough to support your goals, don't skip this one.
On last week's episode of Project Swagger, I sat down with my nutritionist, Amanda (Simply Mander), to break down the nutrition strategies that transformed my performance—from building muscle to fueling for endurance and separating nutrition facts from fiction.

Question: Does it matter when I eat protein, or is it just about hitting my daily goal?
Answer: Your total daily protein intake matters most, but how you spread it throughout the day matters, too. Research suggests that eating protein consistently across meals—rather than saving most of it for dinner—can better support muscle protein synthesis, the process your body uses to repair and build muscle.
I try to include a quality source of protein with every meal and snack instead of treating dinner like my only opportunity. Whether your protein comes from tofu, tempeh, lentils, Greek yogurt, or chicken, consistency is what moves the needle. Think less about chasing the perfect post-workout shake and more about fueling your body well from breakfast to bedtime.
