Consistency, even during the holiday season. šŸ‹ļø This time of year, itā€™s easy to fall into what I call the ā€œholiday avalanche.ā€ One missed workout can snowball into three, then a month of feeling off. How can you break the chain and stay consistent?

1ļøāƒ£ SCHEDULE YOUR WORKOUTS: Block out time in your day to make movement a priority. Treat it like a meeting you wouldnā€™t cancel.

2ļøāƒ£ EMBRACE SHORT WORKOUTS: Give yourself the freedom to change your training plan if you donā€™t have time for that 60-minute ride. Donā€™t fall into the all-or-nothing mentality.

3ļøāƒ£ TRACK YOUR PROGRESS: Log your workouts, celebrate the small wins, and remind yourself of the progress youā€™re making.

4ļøāƒ£ ZOOM OUT AND THINK BIG PICTURE: Maybe this time of year itā€™s not a PR...itā€™s to continue investing in your mental and physical health.

5ļøāƒ£ DO IT WITH COMMUNITY: Consistency thrives in community. Thatā€™s one of the reasons I created the #3for31 Challengeā€”a commitment to 30 minutes of movement or three miles every day in December.
