👑 Momentum is built, not found

Plus: My morning non-negotiables

What’s up, Hustlers!

Do you want to be the worst at lifting barbells—or the best at sitting on the couch?

The fear of being new or “bad” paralyzes adults. Just start. If there’s something you want, stop waiting. Greatness doesn’t come from staying in your comfort zone—it comes from the courage to make a move. And it starts with one. One rep. One walk. One decision to show up, even when you don’t feel like it.

Start with one. Then stack it. Momentum is built, not found.

 .WHAT I’M INSPIRED BY.

The historic Blue Origin mission đŸš€ Yesterday, a group of badass women launched into space. Their mission motto? Take up space. And they did—literally and unapologetically. They stepped onto a launchpad that wasn’t always built for them and expanded into an even more powerful version of themselves.

I’m inspired by the courage it takes to step into the unknown. To face fear and still move forward. That’s what taking up space looks like. That’s what owning your power feels like.

You don’t have to go to space to feel that. But you do have to leave your comfort zone. You have to say yes to the version of you that feels big, bold, and maybe a little scary. Because fear doesn’t mean stop. It means go anyway.

What’s your launchpad—and are you ready to take up space?

 .WHAT I’M READING.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Families đŸ“” In this book, Stephen Covey offers a practical guide for tackling the real-life challenges that families and communities face—big and small, everyday and extraordinary.

One idea that hit me hard? The concept of being a transition person. Covey talks about how we can proactively rewire the negative patterns we’ve inherited—whether it’s in how we communicate, how we show up, or how we move through hard moments. Instead of reacting, complaining, or repeating the past, we can choose to shift it. We can be the ones who bring the sunshine instead of the storm. Who interrupt the cycle and flip the script from pain to power.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to lead their family or community with more intention, grace, and strength. ⬇️

 .WHAT GROUNDS ME.

My morning non-negotiables ☀️How you start your day sets the tone for how you move through it—and for me, my morning routine is sacred. With kids, I might have to pivot or compress it, but I protect that time like my peace depends on it. Because it does.

Here are a few things I come back to again and again:

  • 🧘‍♀️ Move before the world moves you. Even if it’s five minutes, I move my body to shift my energy. Some mornings it’s a stretch session, some days it’s push-ups in pajamas—but I move.

  • 📝 Start with intention, not noise. I check in with myself before I check in with the world. A short journal entry or setting one word for the day helps me stay grounded before the chaos kicks in.

  • 💚 Fuel with purpose. I don’t drink coffee— I start my mornings with Pique’s Sun Goddess Matcha for calm energy. Lately I’ve added their B¡T Fountain beauty electrolytes to stay hydrated and support my skin from the inside out.

It’s not about doing the same thing every day—it’s about creating a vibe that connects me to my purpose. Music, matcha, movement. That’s the vibe.

I don’t play when it comes to snacks that fuel my hustle. Last week, I shared my go-to recipe for no-bake Cookie Dough Protein Bites. On busy days, these plant-based #pursesnacks keep me powered up and ready for whatever’s next.

Missed it? Grab the recipe here and keep your snack game strong. 💪

Question: What are some of your must-haves in the kitchen?

- Reagan

Answer: Nutritional yeast, beans, and tofu—my ride-or-dies. With those three (and a few good spices), I can make just about anything. One of my favorites? Seitan. If you’re new to it, welcome honey 👋. It’s a high-protein, plant-based meat substitute that tastes and feels like chicken. I make seitan roasts and nuggets on repeat. Total game changer.
